Job Description

Part-time Accounts Admin Position
  • Monday to Thursday, 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Reconcile and pay insurance company accounts.
  • Process incoming payments, update the cash book, and post to the system.
  • Liaise with insurance companies as needed.
  • Maintain accurate records and spreadsheets.
  • Provide reception cover when required.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Excel.
  • Confidence in working with numbers.
  • Basic accounting knowledge is preferable but not essential.
