Sales Executive

£24,000 - £28,000

& £15,000 OTE / commission - uncapped

Hours: FLEXIBLE. Office Hours are Mon Fri 08 00 (1h for lunch) You will be working 8-hour days (08:00-17:00 / 08:30-17:30 / 09 00).

Open to changing hours to suit personal requirements

Home working available

Location: Crawley, office based, RH10

Company: An IT / Telecoms business specialising in selling business to business.

We will give you plenty of leads to ring through each day whilst preparing your own target companies. We are looking for someone hungry, not afraid to make calls and who is money motivated.

Responsibilities:

  • Calling new / lapsed customers or those who s contracts are coming to an end and using your closing skills to ask if you can send them over a quote to beat either the quality of their current service or price
  • Find out the client s needs & why they would want to buy
  • Business Development and pipeline building
  • After assessing your customers requirements, you send the info over to an Account Manager who will do all the paperwork for you! They will email the customer with the quote you have discussed, and they will sort out the extra s to give you more time to earn commission rather than doing admin!
  • Business is generated via cold and warm leads
  • You build and create your own customer pipeline too

  • Those who will perform best in this role tend to have held roles such as Business Development Executive, Business Manager, Sales Executive, Sales Consultant, Customer Service, Account Manager, Lead Generator and Telesales Executive. That said, we always train people who have a desire to get into this type of role.
