Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and differentiated lessons that cater to the diverse needs and abilities of Key Stage 1 students.
- Create a positive and supportive learning environment where children feel valued, respected, and motivated to succeed.
- Implement effective behaviour management strategies to promote a positive classroom culture and ensure a safe and inclusive learning environment for all students.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to develop and deliver a broad and balanced curriculum that meets the requirements of the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum.
- Monitor and track student progress, providing timely feedback and intervention to support individual learning goals and achievement.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent, with experience teaching Key Stage 1 students.
- Strong knowledge and understanding of the Key Stage 1 National Curriculum and pedagogy.
- Passion for teaching and a commitment to providing high-quality education that inspires and empowers young learners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
- Creative and innovative approach to teaching and learning, with a focus on engaging and inspiring Key Stage 1 students in their educational journey.
