Labourer

BMSL Group needs a labourer for a construction project in Burford, Oxfordshire. Immediate start required.

You will need to hold a valid CSCS card to get access to site. Previous site experience is preferred but not essential.

Monday to Friday 7.30am to 4.30pm

Duties
- Assist with various construction tasks such as digging, lifting, and carrying materials
- Clean and prepare construction sites by removing debris and hazardous materials
- Operate hand and power tools under the supervision of a skilled worker
- Follow safety guidelines and maintain a safe work environment
- Assist in the assembly and disassembly of temporary structures
- Load and unload materials from trucks or other vehicles
- Perform general maintenance of construction equipment

Skills
- Physical stamina and strength to perform manual labor tasks
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Good communication skills to effectively work with other team members
- Ability to adapt to changing work conditions and prioritize tasks
