Ideal Candidate Profile:

We're seeking a candidate with a deep understanding of Estate management and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Your ability to communicate effectively and drive projects forward will be key to your success in this role. Previous experience in team management will be highly regarded.

Key Requirements:

• Possession of an MRICS/FAAV qualification is preferred, along with a solid grasp of rural property management and environmental practices.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and a passion for achieving results through collaboration.
• A self-starter with the drive to take on new challenges and lead teams to success.
• Proficiency in IT tools, combined with excellent organisational and administrative skills.
