Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead Electrician to join a team within a large, reputable business working on social housing contracts.
The successful candidate will be expected to carry out QS duties and various electrical works around the Liverpool area.

The successful Lead Electrician will be expected to carry out:

  • QS duties
  • Signing off certificates supplied by trades team
  • Day to day repairs
  • Maintenance work in tenanted and void social housing properties

We are keen to speak to any Lead Electrician who holds any of the following:

  • 2 years experience with QS duties
  • 18th Edition
  • NVQ Level 3
  • AM2
  • 2391 is desirable
