    • ASAP - Ongoing
    • Schedule: Mon - Fri (8a - 4:30p)
    • No call
    • No weekends
    • Patient Population: 100% Adult
    • Caseload: 100% outpatient clinic. 100% Endocrine. 0% Internal Medicine. 0% Hospital
    • Average # of Patients per day: 12 - 16
    • Locum Physician is not required to supervise other healthcare providers
    • No other endocrinologists be present during the Locum Physician coverage
    • Ultrasound Onsite: Yes, in clinic
    • Number of Exam Rooms: 6
    • Total Number of Beds: 350
    • Total Number of ICU Beds: 48
    • Trauma Level III
    • Describe office staff: 1 MA, front desk, scheduler, etc.
    • EMR System: EPIC
    • Board Certified - Required
    • Active CO License - Required or IMLC
    • BLS - Required
