Logistics Coordinator- Fashion Brand

I am partnering with a globally recognised organisation who is looking to appoint an additional head into their Shipping team. This business is a key player in the branded fashion world!

You will partner with the Wholesale department whereby you will book in deliveries, arrange freight, and ensure agreed delivery dates are being met with customers.

You will be working with a multi-faceted business who house a number of well-known fashion brands.

This role requires you to have fashion experience, so applications without this will not be considered.

Logistics Coordinator- The Role

• Assist and handle the day-to-day operational matters within the Shipping team.
• Monitor the purchase order schedule (Ex-factory) and delays.
• Coordinate, assist, and manage the shipment of goods, ensuring timely and efficient delivery while maintaining compliance with all regulations.
• Arrange, schedule, and monitor shipments for domestic and international deliveries.
• Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and 3PL logistics partners to ensure timely dispatch, shipping, and delivery of goods.
• Verify shipping documentation and enter the inbound details in ERP.
• Track shipments and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
• Communicate with the forwarder and resolve shipping issues and any potential issues.
• Maintain accurate records for audits.

Logistics Coordinator- The Person

• Ideally 1yrs experience in a similar Logistics fashion role
• Educated to degree level
• Proficiency in any ERP software and MS Office and Excel.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Flexible approach to be able to adjust to changing needs of the business.
