Salary: 60k - 65k, plus Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Pension options, Company events, Phone and Laptop

The Company

Based in Essex, the company are a well respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation and maintenance to various sectors including Education, Healthcare, Residential, and Commercial. As a result of continuous growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operational activities are delivered to the agreed time and within budget
• Manage and support the site team(s)
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes

Desirable Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager
• Experience in managing Mechanical Building Services projects from inception through to completion
• Strong communication, people management, and leadership skills
