Salary: 55k - 60k, plus Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Pension options, Company events, Phone and Laptop

The Company

Based in Horsham, the company are a growing M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation to various sectors including Commercial and Office Fit Out projects, with project values ranging from 20k up to 200k. You will oversee and manage mechanical projects from inception to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all operational activities are delivered to the agreed time and within budget
• Assist in the tendering of new projects
• Manage and support the site team(s)
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes

Desirable Experience and Skills:

• Previous experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, or similar role, i.e. Mechanical Contracts Manager
• Experience in managing Mechanical Building Services projects within the commercial sector from inception through to completion
• Experience in estimating Mechanical works would be advantageous
• Strong communication and client facing skills
