Multi-Trade Carpenter and Plumbing

Daniel Owen are a recruitment company that specialise in placing people within the maintenance, construction, engineering & rail industries.

We are currently working on behalf of a large Housing Association. My Client are currently looking for a Multi-Trade Carpenter to carry out maintenance repairs across the Houslow area.

Duties will include: - Hanging door, skirtings, upvc, Locks, Patch Plastering, Splash back Tiling, basic Carpentry, Plumbing and minor repairs.

The successful candidate will have experience working within the Social Housing sector. This role will be based in Hounslow with a van and fuel card supplied.

This position will potentially be permanent after a 12 week probation period, when permanent this position pays 38k per year.
