One of our premier clients is looking for an Execution Planning Advisor for their petrochemical plant in Fife. This position is INSIDE IR35

Are you looking to make a significant impact in the execution planning of critical projects? This position offers the opportunity to lead and coordinate front-end execution planning activities, ensuring the successful delivery of key project stages.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and coordination of execution planning efforts, including audits of contractors and project teams.
  • Drive front-end execution planning workshops to identify and mitigate execution issues.
  • Develop key execution planning deliverables that support business cases through various project milestones.
  • Act as the FEEP Coordinator, setting up and facilitating planning workshops and integrating execution bases to support project deliverables.
  • Monitor project status and support the project team with execution-related activities during the execute stage.
  • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert in execution planning, participating in project reviews and assessments.


Client is looking for:

  • A BSc or MSc in Engineering is preferred.
  • Extensive experience in the oil and gas industry, with a focus on project management and execution.
  • Leadership experience in managing capital projects across all phases, including international assignments.
  • Proficiency in Primavera P6; experience in the petrochemical sector is a plus.
  • Flexibility for international business travel as required.


Hours

  • Standard schedule: 5 days on, 2 days off
  • Full-time position with an estimated 37.5 hours per week
