Aspire People are recruiting for a Primary School Teacher in Cheltenham.
We are currently supporting a friendly small sized school based in Cheltenham that requires a class teacher to join from September 24.
The role is based on a full academic year, and you may find yourself teaching across both EYFS and KS1 curriculum at a vibrant school.
Due to location the role may suit a car driver better.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Proven experience in teaching within the UK.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and classroom management abilities.
Ability to adapt teaching methods to meet the diverse needs of students.
A passion for education and a commitment to student achievement.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lessons in accordance with the curriculum.
Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback.
Manage classroom behaviour and create a positive learning environment.
Collaborate with colleagues to support student learning and school initiatives.
Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and school events as required.
