• Keeping up-to-date with curriculum changes and planning lessons according to national curriculum guidelines.
• Coordinating with colleagues and TAs to create engaging lessons for students of all abilities.
• Enhancing pupils' exploration of a topic using a variety of resources.
• To motivate and encourage interaction in the classroom, different teaching methods are used, including whole class, group work, independent research, demonstrations, experiments and play.
• Taking responsibility for the academic progress of each pupil and providing assistance and support as necessary.
• Setting homework and conducting assessments.
• Establishing a respectable learning environment for pupils.
• Establishing school policies regarding discipline and behaviour, including dealing with inappropriate behaviour
• Taking part in training and development.
• Coordinate progress, behaviour, and child protection with senior leadership, parents, and external bodies
