Job Description

Our client requires production operatives to join its growing team.

Based in Luton Town centre you would be working for Luton's largest manufacturing company that has been established since 1905. This is an ideal opportunity for anyone who is looking for a great career opportunity in production / manufacturing, you will be required to work Monday through to Friday weekly rotating every 2 weeks. Full training is provided so no previous experience is required.

Duties:

  • Assisting with assembling.
  • Working with hand tools & cables.
  • Ensuring that health and safety procedures are adhered to whilst on site and helping to always maintain a positive and professional work environment.
  • General warehouse work

Shifts and Salary:

06:00 - 14:00, Monday to Friday (5 shifts then every 2 weeks rotating to 14:00 - 22:00

Monday - Friday £11.44 per hour for first 37.5 hours

On Rotating shift, a premium pay rate is paid from 16:00 - 22:00 of £12 Per Hour

Saturdays & Hours worked over 37.5 hours Monday - Friday £15.37 Per Hour

All Hours worked on a Bank Holiday £20.50 Per Hour
