Junior Mechanical Project Manager

Salary: £50k - £60k, plus Travel expenses, Bonus scheme, Pension options, Company events, Phone and Laptop

The Company

Based in Surrey, the company are a privately owned and well respected M&E Building Services contractor who provide a full range of Mechanical and Electrical services from design through to installation to various sectors including, Residential, Commercial and Office Fit Out projects. As a result of growth an excellent opportunity has arisen for a Junior Mechanical Project Manager to join the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in ensuring all operational activities are delivered to the agreed time and within budget
• Provide support to the site team(s)
• Conduct regular site inspections, ensuring quality of the works, adequate progress and sufficient resources are available to maintain contract programmes

Desirable Experience and Skills:

• Preferably you will have between 1 and 3 years experience as a Mechanical Project Manager, we would also very much consider an ambitious Mechanical Site Manager who is looking to take the next step up in their career
• Strong communication skills
• Good IT skills
