Position: Quantity Surveyor

This role is ideal for an ambitious Assistant Quantity Surveyor looking for a career progression or a Quantity Surveyor aiming to consolidate their experience on a high-profile project. The successful candidate will be instrumental in ensuring the financial efficiency and contractual management of the project, which features luxury amenities including a swimming pool, spa, and gym.

• Educational Background:

  • Degree in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or a related field.

• Experience:

  • Proven experience as an Assistant Quantity Surveyor or Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
  • Experience with residential projects, particularly those involving luxury amenities, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with second stage fit-out projects is a plus.
