Quantity Surveyor

CJC Recruit are currently looking for a Quantity Surveyor on behalf of our large Building Maintenance client. A successful candidate will cover the south of England from Brighton to Bridport and in an arc up to Oxford.

Responsibilities:

• Attending various locations gathering all information in order to produce quotations.
• Review tender documents and drawings for various tenders to be submitted to clients.
• Responsible for preparing, managing, supervising and taking accountability for the estimates instructed on.
• On some visits you will be required to meet with clients to conduct the survey.
• On your quote instructions that go ahead you will be required to hold a pre-job start meeting with our Contract Managers and Project Managers to ensure the smooth running of the quotations you are instructed on.
• The Works you will be estimating, consist of all general building works

Requirements:

• Time served Quantity Surveyor
• Relevant qualification
• Knowledge of the building maintenance industry
