Job Description

Quantity SurveyorTewkesbury

  • Intermediate/senior Quantity Surveyor, chartered or not
  • Private housing and ideally with some Employers Agent experience
  • PQS experience required
  • Full time (Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:30pm)
  • Salary - negotiable, between £40k-£60k

We are seeking a skilled, reliable and efficient Quantity Surveyor to join the team. In this position, you will be taking on projects at varying stages, from inception through to completion. The projects will vary in size, typically ranging from £500k to over £5m. The role will include traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration and Project Management.

Skills/ Experience

  • PQS experience
  • Experience with Pre & Post Contract Duties
  • Knowledge of JCT contracts
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
  • Relevant Quantity Surveying DegreePackage
  • Salary Negotiable, subject to experience
