With a competitive starting salary range of £24,000.00 - £32,000.00, including uncapped commission, this permanent role offers autonomy, career progression, and the potential to earn equity in our well-respected business.
  • No two days are the same in this exciting role. You'll cover a diverse range of sectors, providing a full 360-degree consultative service to clients and candidates.
  • Conduct candidate screening and cultivate strong, positive relationships.
  • Sales, cold calling, client engagement and identifying new potential partnerships.
  • Developing and maintaining partnerships with both clients and candidates.
Attributes For Success:
  • Proven track record in business development and sales.
  • Building relationships with senior business leaders.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written as well IT literacy.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and meet changing requirements with a positive approach.
  • Strong networking skills, both face-to-face and through digital platforms including LinkedIn.
  • Prior recruitment experience is advantageous but not essential we will provide training for the right candidate with a passion for business and recruitment.

Benefits:
  • Starting salary: £24,000.00-£32,000.00 including OTE uncapped commission, based on a flexible 30 - 40 hours per week.
