REGISTERED CARE MANAGER and CARE MANAGER

We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager AND Care Manager to work in the adults domiciliary sector. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is looking for a challenge and the opportunity to help a service grow and to ensure the lives of the adults are fully supported with excellent levels of care. We are continuing to grow and develop and also now offering live-in care and more complex care as well as some less complex children's packages

  • Competitive salaries ranging from 35,000 to 45,000 per annum DOE (if you are looking for in excess of this please still apply as they could offer more for the right person)

The Role:
As a Registered Manager or Care Manager your role will include:

  • Overseeing the delivery of care services for adults, delivering high levels of care in line with regulations
  • Ensuring strict compliance with CQC
  • Managing staff and resources effectively
  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans
  • Liaising with families, and healthcare professionals
  • Assessments, supervisions and overall management of the support workers
  • Following of policies and procedures
  • Clinical reviews
  • Oversee the rotas

The Candidate:
The ideal candidate for the Registered or Care Manager should have:

  • Relevant qualifications in healthcare - level 5 highly desirable or be working towards it
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Have a strong character and be a good communicator
  • Be a reflective leader
  • Want to develop their own style of management
  • Work closely with the owners to develop growth plans for the service
  • Worked as a manager or a deputy manager
  • Be passionate about high levels of care

The Package:
The benefits package for the Registered or Care Manager role includes:

  • A basic salary of 35,000 - 45,000 DOE (potentially more)
