REGISTERED MANAGER (SUPPORTED LIVING/HOME SUPPORT) - REGIONAL CHARITY - BIRMINGHAM AREA - 40,000 + BENEFITS

Forest Care Selection are currently working with a leading regional charitable provider, that provide a range of specialist care and support to Adults with a Learning Disability across the Midlands. The charity is well established and offers various support, including housing, supported living and community care.

The charity is seeking a Registered Manager to oversee the running of their supported living/ home support services based across the Birmingham area.

The Registered Manager in Birmingham will:

  • Hold registration for the supported living service.
  • Join a well-structured team of managers and coordinators
  • Ensure the services continued compliance with all regulatory and statutory requirements.
  • Be responsible for overseeing over 4000 hours of care per week across the Birmingham area.

The Registered Manager in Birmingham will need:

  • Level 5 Health and Social Care or equivalent.
  • Experience of managing a similar service and have an excellent understanding of supporting adults with learning disabilities.
  • A good understanding of CQC regulations
  • A passion for supporting adults with learning disabilities.
