Job Description

Our client is looking for a caretaker in the Bidston area. £15.00 an hour. Split shifts hours 07.00-10.45 and 14:00-16:00 term time and 8 hours a day in holidays.

Must have a advanced DBS on update sevice.

Duties

carry out day-to-day maintenance and minor repairs.
book outside contractors for major repair work.
make sure heating, lighting and alarm systems are working properly.
check doors and windows are locked when the building is not in use.
open up buildings in the morning and lock them at the end of the day.
