Hours - 40-45hrs a week

We're seeking a talented Senior Chef de Partie to lead our dynamic team at our picturesque restaurant located on the stunning Sussex coast.

Responsibilities:
Prepare and present food to the highest standards
Running your section efficiently
Maintain and manage preparation levels
Demonstrate leadership abilities and set a great example for the team
Capable of stepping in and running the kitchen operation in the Head Chefs absence
Ensure all paperwork is up to date and maintain kitchen health and safety
