Senior Design Manager

I'm working on behalf of my client who has open opportunities for an experienced Design Manager to join & lead on a 150Mil project for a fantastic Tier 1 Main Contractor. They are known for delivering exceptional projects in various mixed sectors including, residential, commercial, healthcare, and education, with projects ranging from 50Mil - 500Mil.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in a Design Management role
  • Strong communication skills - team player
  • Availability to be onsite
  • Extensive experience working on high residential projects with values upwards of 80Mil
  • Proven record of leading large RC Frame, residential projects
  • Keen eye for detail and be strong on the process side of Design Management.
