Senior Practitioner - Assessment team

NonStop Care is currently working with a well established local authority in the Essex area who are looking for an experienced social worker to join their Assessment team.


In this Hybrid role you will only need to travel for the cases and any reviews or meetings, allowing for you to effectively manage your work load and improve your work-life balance.


You will be working as a part of multidisciplinary team, developing your knowledge of the different approaches of each case which will allow you to improve your skills and enhance your career progression opportunities.


Responsibilities:


Engage with children, their carers and families in such a way as to clearly understand their circumstances, wishes and feelings and form conclusions which direct longer term interventions focused on the best interests of the child.
