We have a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join a highly regarded main contractor in Guernsey. The business works across various sectors including the super prime residential, education and commercial with projects valuing up to 15mil. The business is privately owned and the team brings a wealth of main contracting experience, committed to delivering excellence in every project they undertake.

The business has recently won a succession of new projects and as a result, is now looking for an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join the team. As Senior Quantity Surveyor you will have complete financial control of projects, working closely with site teams and reporting directly to the Commercial Director.

In return, you'll be rewarded with a salary of up to 70k (negotiable dependant on experience) and the opportunity to join an established contractor with a huge presence on the Island. Additional benefits include a sizeable relocation package for those seeking a move to Guernsey and tax free earnings (conditions apply).

This opportunity would suit either an experienced Quantity Surveyor who's based on Guernsey or someone wishing to relocate to the island.
