Job Description

• Manage all aspects of the quantity surveying function for multiple projects.
• Prepare cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts.
• Conduct risk assessments and value engineering exercises.
• Liaise with clients, contractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Provide guidance and support to junior members of the team.
