Senior Quantity Surveyor

Walker & Sloan, on behalf of a distinguished client, is seeking a skilled, reliable, and efficient Quantity Surveyor to join their dynamic team. This role encompasses handling projects at various stages, from inception through to completion, with project values typically ranging from 500k to over 5m. The responsibilities include traditional PQS duties, Contract Administration, and Project Management.

Skills/Experience Required:

• Proven experience in PQS roles.
• Expertise in Pre & Post Contract Duties.
• Comprehensive knowledge of JCT contracts.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Relevant Quantity Surveying degree.
