Site Manager (Externals & QA)

My client, are a family owned regional main contractor that are based in Manchester and are delivering a number of different projects across the region. The office, have recently secured a new project in Manchester which is a recladding of an existing building with some internal fit out / refurbishment.

Due to the nature of the project, they are after a Site Manager with specific experience in the below;

• Cladding / re-cladding
• Facade Package management
• Used to working with heavy scaffold sites & working at height
• Able to oversee all Quality Assurance and control in line with the new Building Safety Act regulations

The role, will be site based and reporting into a Project Manager. Working closely with another Site Manager, who will be responsible for managing the internals on the job.
