Site Manager (Building)

Regional Contractor based in the East Midlands

I am working with a fantastic Main Contractor, who are a Regional business with a reputation that gets better by the year. This company, are known for their delivery as a management contractor, working on a variety of different projects across the UK. With a key focus on the following sectors; Schools, Healthcare, Commercial, Defence, Refurbishment and Sci-Tech.

The business, have recently secured a new project which has just started on site and is due for handover in 2025. A circa £25m scheme in the staffordshire area. They are looking for a Site Manager, to join the scheme and work under a Project Manager.

Ideal Experience:

  • Main Contracting experience as a Site Manager
  • MOD experience ideal
  • Good IT Skills
