Stores Person

Red Sky have an exciting opportunity at Heathrow Airport working airside in the stores in an aircraft hangar. You would be responsible for implementing goods received, tracking inventory, and storing goods within the allocated facilities. Duties to include supporting within a fast-paced environment, and strictly complying with Part 145, EASA, CAA regulations.

Duties

• Booking items into AB-GSE's inventory system (Quantum) following AB-GSE's booking in procedure
• Relocating any items that have been or are to be transferred.
• Stock Checking inventory (Monthly)
• A/C preload kits, replenishing, stock adjusting and sending in time with A/C inputs.
• Booking in customer repair orders and raising internal work cards
• Co-ordinate internal consumable repairs/soft furnishing, ensuring on time delivery to correct destination.
• Manage stores supplies, notify purchasing when item needed.
• Update parts movement spreadsheets daily.
• Daily shuttle runs to off-site facility

Essential

• Must be Flexible.
• Must work under own initiative and be able to plan workloads and prioritize.
• Good Teamwork skills
• Good PC knowledge
• Be Able to work under pressure.
• Full UK Driving License
• Strong Excel skills
• Computer Literate
• Tracking Movement of stock and managing the storage

• 4 on 4 off 12hrs shifts (7am-7pm or 10am-10pm)
• 17 days + 8 days UK Bank Holidays annual leave
• £26,000pa + £3,000 shift allowance.
