Supervisor

Taskmaster Resources are currently recruiting a Supervisor for our client based in the WN8 area on a Temp to Perm basis

Duties:

• To manage and lead a team of 40 operatives in order to achieve targets in a safe and efficient manner.
• Working on a fast-paced production line, ensuring the line is running efficiently.
• Making sure that quality and hygiene standards are properly communicated, understood and achieved at all times.

Skills

• Excellent communication skills
• Must have experience in food production
• Experience in operating machines is essential
• Leadership and People Management skills
• Ability to be self-driven and highly motivated.

Shift: Nights 7pm - 7am. 4 on 4 off

Pay rate: Starting on £12.44ph but will increase to up to £15ph once trained
