Essential qualities required:-
Experience working within a school setting.
Duties include:-
Assisting in the educational and social development of pupils
Helping pupils engage in learning
Aiding the class teachers
Providing support for individuals inside and outside the classroom
Support students with specific learning needs
Undertake lunchtime supervision as directed
Manage challenging behaviour
