We are looking for Support Workers to join our amazing team who work at our service in Bury St Edmunds! The position is permanent, full time or part time. We prepare the rotas at least 4 weeks in advance so you can still plan your personal and social life!
Your rota'd shifts are typically between the times of 7am and 10pm, and there is also a Sleep in available where you will receive an enhanced flat rate payment of 62.45

No experience is needed just a can-do and positive attitude. We can give you all the training that you need to become an outstanding Support Worker- what we need is someone that wants to support people who have learning disabilities to live their best lives, and to live life to the full!

What we're looking for:
  • A genuine passion for supporting others.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships.
  • Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • A positive and empathetic attitude towards individuals with learning disabilities.
