What We Need from You:

  • Knowledge of Property Management Legislation: Ensure compliance with up-to-date knowledge.
  • Background in General Practice: Experience in corporate, public sector, or private practice settings.
  • Experience in Large Practice or Corporate Environment: An advantage for the role.
  • General Surveying Skills: Versatile skills beyond narrow practice areas.
  • Business Development and Client Relationship Management: Drive growth and manage client relationships effectively.
  • Networking and Relationship-Building Skills: Proven ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
  • Successful Client Selling: Leverage your expertise to meet client needs.
  • Technical Competence in Property Management: Demonstrate your skills effectively.

Qualifications:

  • RICS Accredited Degree in Real Estate: Desirable.
  • Membership of RICS (Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors): A plus.
