Valuation Surveyor - Surveyor to Director

Are you ready to join a leading commercial property consultancy in Wales? A highly successful and renowned consultancy has recently partnered with Beach Baker to recruit a Valuation Surveyor, with opportunities available from Surveyor to Associate/Director level, for their vibrant Cardiff office.

We are looking for a proactive and ambitious candidate ready to drive growth in the Cardiff office and expand our presence across South Wales.

The Role:

You will be involved primarily in loan security and investment valuation, with some asset and portfolio valuation reports for a variety of commercial properties and residential development sites. The ideal candidate will already be an established operator at a competing firm, but relocating candidates fitting the criteria for the role will also be strongly considered. The preferred candidate will be RICS qualified and registered under the RICS Valuer Registration Scheme, with a background in commercial valuations.

Candidate Requirements:

• Qualifications: Must be MRICS and a RICS Registered Valuer with proven Red Book valuation experience, ideally within a property consultancy environment.
• Experience Level: Open to candidates from Surveyor to Associate/Director level.
