Day Shift: Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 16:30

We're looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join our team at our Leyland location. As a leader in the industry, we're committed to maintaining our growth and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the warehouse team to ensure top-notch customer service.
• Prepare accurate reports in a timely manner to meet organizational needs.
• Manage and schedule agency and contract drivers, including route planning.
• Provide administrative assistance for warehouse operations.
• Maintain updated records for inventory management.
• Coordinate receiving processes for incoming goods.
• Contribute to ongoing improvement projects to streamline operations.
• Promote and uphold safety protocols in the workplace.
• Cultivate positive relationships with colleagues across various departments.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Previous experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is required.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite is necessary; familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
• Excellent relationship-building and time-management abilities.
• Proactive approach with a focus on achieving goals.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and technologies.
